If you decide to proceed, a retainer agreement is signed and an appointment date set. Our office then begins funding your trust by writing the following forms and letters:

Walk Out with Complete Documents
Our goal is to have everything signed so you can walk out of our offices with completed documents. In special cases, however, the trust and will cannot be completed in one appointment. Janet will explain the following in detail:
