Janet, our owner, graduated from Stanford University at 19, with a degree in clinical psychology. She is a member of Cap & Gown, the honorary women's society in Stanford University, which selects scholars based on academic merit and community service. She then attended University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and became a member of the California Bar Association. Janet interned with the Federal Public Defender in San Francisco and the Public Defender in Alameda County. It was in 1979 that she established our law firm.
